Terms and Conditions for YND Gift Voucher

 

1. The gift voucher is issued by Your Natural Dispensary and can only be redeemed for services including Naturopathic, Facials, Dermal Therapies, Body Treatments, Day Spa Treatments, and Massages.

   

2. The voucher is valued at $1000 and can only be redeemed for services offered by Your Natural Dispensary. It cannot be used at any other business within the wellness centre. The voucher may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Any remaining balance after redemption will not be refunded and cannot be carried forward. The voucher cannot be used for Japanese Head Spa, Cosmetic Injectors, Ayurvedic Therapy, Advanced Skin Rejuvenation, Cosmetic Makeup Services, Brow or Lash Services.

3. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date is printed on the voucher. No extensions or exceptions will be granted after the expiry date.

 

4. To redeem the voucher, the recipient must present the physical voucher or enter the unique voucher code (for online bookings) when booking an appointment or service. Redemption is subject to availability and may require prior booking.

 

5. Appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

 

6. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so may result in the voucher being forfeited. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Vouchers are valid only for the person whose name appears on the voucher, if applicable.

 

7. Your Natural Dispensary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please treat the voucher like cash and keep it secure.

 

8. The voucher cannot be used to purchase gift cards, other vouchers, retail products, or special packages. Promotions may be excluded from voucher redemption unless otherwise stated. The voucher may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified.
